Standard processing takes 5–7 business days, while handmade or detailed products may require 10–15 business days. Shipping generally takes 5–18 business days depending on your shipping method and destination.

Orders canceled within 24 hours qualify for a full refund. After this period, cancellation fees may apply based on order progress. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

Standard-sized formal dresses may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Custom-sized formal dresses and all accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For customer-initiated returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
