Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please contact us at service@lesleyfashion.com and provide:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return
• Photos and/or videos of the item
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
Returned items must:
• Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Include all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories
• Show no signs of alteration, damage, stains, or wear
Items that cannot be resold are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process

Submit a return request by email.

Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service.

After inspection (3–5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange.
Please note:
• The shipping address on the package is not the return address.
• We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Return Shipping & Fees
For returns not caused by product defects or shipping errors (such as sizing issues, personal preference, or ordering multiple items to try), customers are responsible for both original and return shipping costs.
A restocking fee of 20%–50% may apply depending on the condition and reason for return.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or credit card provider before contacting us.
Order Cancellation
Because many of our dresses are made-to-order, cancellation fees apply once production begins:
• Within 24 hours: 100% refund
• 24–72 hours: 80% refund + full shipping refund
• 72–120 hours: 50% refund + full shipping refund
• After 120 hours: shipping fee refund only
• After shipment: cancellation not available
