Thank you for choosing Lesleyfashion for your dress purchase. We are committed to providing every customer with an exceptional shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer the following return and refund options.


Return Period

We hope you love your dress, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please contact our customer service team within this 14-day window and provide:

  • The item you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • Be in new, unworn condition and returned in its original packaging

  • Include all labels, tags, and accessories, intact and undamaged

  • Show no signs of wear, washing, alteration, stains, or damage

Items that cannot be resold due to wear or damage will not qualify for return or exchange.


Return Process

1. Submit a Return Request

Email service@lesleyfashion.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos and/or videos clearly showing the item

Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

2. Ship the Item Back

If your request is approved, we will provide:

  • The correct return address

  • Detailed shipping instructions

Important:

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • The address on your package is not the return address.

  • We strongly recommend using a shipping service with tracking and signature confirmation. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

3. Inspection & Resolution

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days and proceed with either:

  • Shipping your replacement (for exchanges), or

  • Issuing your refund (for returns)


Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.

  • We do not charge restocking fees.


Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

If you do not see your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your bank or credit card provider (processing times vary)

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

Most of our dresses are made to order, and materials/labor are reserved as soon as production begins. You may cancel your order under the following terms:

  • Within 24 hours of payment: Full refund

  • Within 24–72 hours: 80% refund + full shipping fee

  • Within 72–120 hours: 50% refund + full shipping fee

  • After 120 hours: Refund of shipping fee only

  • Once shipped: Orders cannot be cancelled
